This beautiful and spacious villa is located on a quiet street in Corralejo, just a stone's throw from the lively Campanario shopping center and a short walk from Corralejo town center. The nearest beach is just a 5-7 minute walk away. The beautiful beach
This beautiful and spacious villa is located on a quiet street in Corralejo, just a stone's throw from the lively Campanario shopping center and a short walk from Corralejo town center. The nearest beach is just a 5-7 minute walk away. The beautiful beaches of the east coast and the only desert in Europe are 5 km away.
The house distribution is as follows:
On the top floor there is a double bed with balcony and bathroom and a large roof terrace where you can enjoy the sunrise or sunset wonderful.
The ground floor has a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, the main living area with a comfortable couch, access to the outside area with a large dining table and access to the private pool. The pool is sheltered from the wind and offers a shaded area and sun loungers.
The lower floor has a bedroom with 2 single beds, a dorm with bunk beds (6 persons) and a bathroom.
All beds have new and comfortable mattresses. For the bed linen fabrics are used with 100% cotton. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
The villa offers modern and cozy living on 3 floors with kitchen, covered outdoor dining area, roof terrace, large outdoor area with private freshwater pool and 3 modern bathrooms with showers and a bathtub. Additionally there is a group bedroom with bunk beds for 6 persons.
The living room is equipped with free Wi-Fi and Spanish TV. In the kitchen are stove, oven, toaster, dishwasher, kettle and a large fridge freezer.
