This house is located in a quiet neighborhood in the pines of Alhaurin de la Torre, 20 minutes by car from Malaga and has been recently renovated with a capacity for 4 adults and 2 small children.
It has 55 m², it is the lower part of a house but it is independent and offers a lot of privacy. The exterior of the house has about 500 m2 surrounded by plants, flowers and fruit trees. The entire plot is for the exclusive use of guests and consists of 1 swimming pool with mountain views, 1 Jacuzzi and a terrace with tables, chairs, gas barbecue and a small garden with sun loungers.
The apartment has one bedroom with air conditioning, a double bed and is separated from the living room by a curtain. In the living room there is a sofa bed for children (2), internet with wifi and a smart tv to access netflix, amazon prime and even encrypted Spanish channels. 1 large bathroom with a toilet, a hydromassage bathtub and a sink. There is a second single room of 14 m2 with a double bed separated from the apartment where two adults can sleep. In that room there is a fan. In total the house has a capacity for 4 adults and 2 small children.
The kitchen, which is the first thing you find when entering the apartment, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
When occupying the house, the owners will offer you a breakfast every morning. They live upstairs but will respect your privacy throughout your stay.
In Alhaurín de la Torre you will find all the shops and services you may need, supermarkets, public transport, bars and restaurants, etc. The city of Malaga is 20 minutes away by car and the
airport 23 min by car. It is necessary to get to the house by car and you can park outside without problem. The house has a private entrance for guests. All the space that you see in the photos is use
