The villa is located in the south of Tenerife, in the heart of one of the most prestigious areas in the whole of Spain, El Duque.
With a 10 minutes walk to the Bahia Del Duque beach, the most exclusive and best restaurants on the island, you have everything you have ever dreamt of.
The villa is situated in a completely fenced complex to have an absolute feeling of safety.
We will be waiting for you to check you in, do a tour of the villa and
explain everything there is to know for a smooth, relaxing transition.
The villa:
GROUND FLOOR:
At the ground floor you will find our private swimming pool which is heated the whole year at 28 degrees, the community pool, terrace, a big bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet, the living room and the kitchen.
LOWER FLOOR:
When going down the stairs of the ground floor, we have the garage which we have turned in to a play room with a ping-pong table and a darts, but also a dryer, a washing machine and everything you need to clean the villa.
FIRST FLOOR:
On the first floor we have two big bedrooms with an en-suite bathrooms, and one bedroom has a small terrace where you can drink your coffee and watch the sunrise.
