The villa is located in the south of Tenerife, in the heart of one of the most prestigious areas in the whole of Spain, El Duque.
With a 10 minutes walk to the Bahia Del Duque beach, the most exclusive and best restaurants on the island, you have everything you have ever dreamt of.
The villa is situated in a completely fenced complex to have an absolute feeling of safety.

GROUND FLOOR:
At the ground floor you will find our private swimming pool which is heated the whole year at 28 degrees, the community pool, terrace, the living room and the kitchen.
LOWER FLOOR:
When going down the stairs of the ground floor, in front of you is a big bedroom with en-suite bathroom and to your left you will find our laundry room which is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and everything you need to clean the villa.
FIRST FLOOR:
On the first floor we have one big bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed which is perfect for small children and a bathroom.
UPPER TERRACE:
Arriving at the upper terrace you will be blown away by the view. Sea view, mountain view and a view over the city which is really breathtaking.
