Luxury villa is situated in the most prestigious area of Costa Dorada- Tamarit, surrounded by three beautiful beaches and close to all services.
The villa is surrounded by nature, between sea and mountain, with the views from the terrace to Mediterranean.
On the plot of 1500 m² you can enjoy a big garden with plants , big private pool (12x6 m), barbeque area and the fresh shadow terrace in front of the pool to relax in a hot summer days.
Villa has spacious living area with the direct access to the porch and pool.4 double bedrooms are spread between ground floor, main floor and upper floor, 4 bathrooms. The 5th bedroom is situated on the ground floor near the garage, with the day light and bathroom. Garage for 4 cars.
It takes 10 min walking to sandy beach La Mora, 5 min walking to the small beach Tamarit.
Not far from house you have supermarket and bars and restaurants with seafood.There is a tennis court close to the villa and Jungle park for nearest golf course is only 5 min driving. Port Aventura Theme park is 15 min driving.
Important: Groups of young people under the age of 25 are not accepted. The owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation for guests who do not comply with this condition.
Additional rules
For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.
1. To comply with applicable citizen security regulations, this establishment requires online registration through its own channel, which can request a photo of an identity document and/or a selfie of a tourist. . Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to prevent its alteration, loss, circulation or unauthorized access.
2. MANDATORY GARBAGE COLLECTION When leaving home, if food/drinks are left open or any other type of open garbage, a fine of 200 euros will be charged from the deposit.
3. Guests over the age of 16 will be charged a tourist tax of EUR 1.10 per person for a maximum of 7 days. (Law 5/2012, of March 20, of the Parliament of Catalonia).
4. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Damage to furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
5. The agreed security deposit (€1000) will be issued at the time of key collection by credit card and will be refunded within 7 days prior to departure if the accommodation has not been damaged)
6.Key collection: C/ Pons d'Icart 41, TARRAGONA, Tarraco Homes agency. Call 1 hour before arrival. Arrivals after 9:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 9:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.
7. Arrival time (check-in time): from 01.01 to 12.31: every day of the week from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Departure time: 10:00.
8. This option is not available for youth groups (under 25 years of age)This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
