The villa is located in the south of Tenerife, in the heart of one of the most prestigious areas in the whole of Spain, El Duque.
With a 10 minutes walk to the Bahia Del Duque beach, the most exclusive and best restaurants on the island, you have everything you have ever dreamt of.
The villa is situated in a completely fenced complex to have an absolute feeling of safety.

GROUND FLOOR:
At the ground floor you will find a staircase that leads up to the main entrance, our private swimming pool which is heated the whole year at 28 degrees, , terrace, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms which both lead to the swimming pool, and the laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and everything you need to keep the house clean.
FIRST FLOOR:
On the first floor we have the community pool, which needs to be accesed through a big gate, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, the living room, kitchen, another big terrace and a play area for smaller children
UPPER FLOOR:
At the upper floor is the huge master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an enormous terrace with sea view, mountain view and a view over the city.
