2 Bedroom House in Chayofa
On the ground floor you will find the bright, spacious living room with dining area, a well-equipped american kitchen with dish-washer and a washing-machine.
You have two private terraces, both with sunblinds.
50 metres away from our house you will find the community pool.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The bedroom 'rojo' has a large bed (160 x 200 cm) with very good mattresses, air-condition and a large wardrobe.
The bedroom 'naranja' has a double-bed (160 x 200 cm) even with a very good mattress, a overhead fan, a safe box and a large wardrobe.
Our house is situated in a quiet location, inbetween two famous touristic centers: Los Cristianos and Las Americas.
Numerous shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, cinema etc. are totally reachable.
The beautiful sandy beach with loungers and parasols to hire is approx 5 km away. The distance to the ocean is about 5 km.
Total living space of our house is 75 m².
The house is set on a high level, so that you will not miss anything.
Holiday Rental Rules
1. General Requirements
a) All guests (and anyone else visiting the property) must adhere to the rules of this vacation rental and other instructions provided by the owner Jurgen and Karina during their stay
b) Guests must notify the owner of any dispute and or complaint from the neighbors immediately.
2. Noise And Neighborhood
a) This property is suitable for children. The guests will be fully responsible for the safety of the children who accompany them throughout the stay, and for any inconvenience caused to other residents of the neighborhood;
b) Guests and their visitors should keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb other residents of the area, especially during the hours when they may be sleeping (23:00 – 8:00), and when they arrive and leave the property;
c) Excessive noise is prohibited in any case and time, and may lead to the end of the guests' stay, eviction, the loss of the amount paid for the entire stay and a reduction of the deposit;
d) Guests and their visitors are completely prohibited from behaving disrespectfully towards residents of the area, and must minimize their impact on them and the neighborhood in general.
3. Visits
a) Guests are allowed to host a maximum of 4 guests during their stay.
b) Guests are responsible for not exceeding the number of guests allowed, and
c) All guests must comply with the rules set forth in this document.
d) If a guest wants to spend the night at the property, it must be communicated and approved during the reservation process, and will be subject to any extra fee specified in the final price.
4. Use Of The Property
a) Any party or gathering of many people is completely forbidden.
b) Any small meeting should take into account the rules already expressed regarding noise, neighborhood and visits.
5. Safety
a) Whenever guests leave the property, it is their responsibility to ensure that the windows and doors
are securely closed to maintain security and prevent damage from rain.
b) Guests will have to turn off lights, air conditioners, fans and electronic devices when they are not necessary, to save energy. They are not allowed to leave the air conditioning on when they are not in the house.
6. Pool
a) The pool can be used between 8:00 and 21:00.
b) For safety reasons, the use of glass objects near the pool is not allowed. In case of not complying with this rule, part of the deposit will be reduced.
c) Guests must supervise any infant or child when using the pool.
7. Balcony, Terrace
a) Guests must supervise any infant or child when using balconies and terraces.
8. Tobacco
a) Smoking is not allowed inside the property, and
b) The cigarette butts must go to the ashtrays arranged for it, and not to the ground. In case of not complying with this rule, part of the deposit will be reduced.
9. Animals
a) Animals are not allowed

a) It is not allowed
11. Damages
a) Any damage must be reported as soon as possible to the owner. In case of not complying with this rule, part of the deposit will be reduced.
b) To avoid damage, it is prohibited to move furniture from one room to another without the prior consent of the owner.
c) The towels of the property will not be allowed to leave it (to, for example, go to the beach). On the property there are other towels with this function.
12. Check Out Process
- Bedding must be removed.
- Put them together with the towels at the floor. Trash must be disposed of.
- Dishes must be washed.
- The accommodation must be left clean.
- Turn off all lights and all electrical devices.
- Leave the keys on the dining room table. Close the door of the house and the terrace well
from the outside.
13. Compliance
a) Failure to comply with any of these rules implies non-compliance with the conditions applicable to the vacation rental contract.
b) The owner has the right to terminate the guest's period of stay if the guest does not comply with the rules of this house.
