The 100year old house has completely been restored, paying close attention to all the details of a confortable new house. It has 80m² built on a property of 3000m² of organic farming in which you will be able to enjoy participating in activities related to the property if you wish.
Access to the house is through a 50meter trail to the house. The house has a terrace and a balcony with views over the landforms of the region.
Rincón del Olivo is located in the municipality of San Sebastián de la Gomera, at only 7km from the capital of the island, in the Gorge of Aguajilva, 300m away from Lomo Fragoso.
The Lomo Fragoso area is essentially agricultural and the houses are situated on the slopes.
The island of La Gomera is ideal for hiking lovers. San Sebastian is a small town of about 7,000 inhabitants and is the hub of the rest of the archipelago. It has supermarkets, restaurants, shops, a nice promenade and two of the best beaches on the island. Garajonay National Park, with the largest representation of Canarian laurels and geological formations such as Roques, is located only a few minutes away.
