2 Bedroom House in Chayofa

Exclusive retreat at Casa Magdalena in the sun-drenched south of Tenerife. Nestled in the peaceful community of Chayofa, our private holiday home offers a place of relaxation and tranquillity.
Our spacious house extends over two floors and offers a generous living space of 80 square metres. A beautifully furnished living and dining area awaits you on the inviting ground floor - ideal for cosy hours with your loved ones. The adjoining, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need. A practical WC rounds off this floor.
Two private terraces surrounded by exotic plants invite you to dine al fresco or sunbathe. From the rear terrace you have direct access to the communal pool of our small residential complex.
On the upper floor, two light-flooded bedrooms (with blackout blinds, of course) await you, furnished for your comfort. One of the bedrooms even has a balcony. Both bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes.
Adjacent to the bedrooms is a well-equipped bathroom with many amenities for your comfort.
Please note that our house is a non-smoking house.
Smoking is of course permitted on the terrace.
Ashtrays can be found in the living room cupboard.
Our guests may of course use the communal pool.
