Cozy Villa, located in the municipality of Teguise, in Guatiza a charming northern village in one of the best areas of Lanzarote, where you can not miss the Caleta (the salt mines of Caleta de Guatiza) and the cactus garden among many other places.
The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people.
The accommodation consists of 90 m² and is fully equipped.
It is located 7 m from the supermarket, 9 m from the rocky beach, 10 m from the golf course "Golf Costa Teguise", 15 m from the sandy beach, 20 m from the airport and is located in an ideal area for families as it is in the town centre.
The accommodation is equipped with the following things: garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, 200 m² terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (wifi), hair dryer, open-air car parking in the same building.
In the vitroceramic independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and juicer are provided.
