Positive: the host is quite kind and nice.

Negative: The bedding smells unpleasant, the kitchen was dirty with food remains on the dishes, and the apartment design is impractical—for example, a TV is mounted directly above a bed, easily hit you head when you get off bed. The stairs are bit dangerous for families with small children.
