In the flat you have a comfortable terrace of 10 m2, totally square. From where you can enjoy the sun, the views to the beach and the famous lighthouse of Jandia. On the terrace you have two comfortable sun loungers, a table and chairs for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Parking is available on the street, in the surroundings of the complex, it is free of charge.
Flat of 52 m2, independent kitchen, fully equipped (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer, crockery and more). Bathroom with bath-shower, WC, washbasin, and window to the outside. Terrace of 10 m2, sunny all day long, two sun loungers, table and chairs to enjoy a nice lunch, breakfast or romantic dinner, views to the beach and the famous lighthouse of Jandía.
Living-dining room with bedroom, TV with international channels, radio channels, Wifi, double bed of 1.50 m. We have a cot and high chair for babies. You can stay with a child, but only and exclusively with a cot. We do not have an extra bed.
The flat is situated in a quiet, new apartment complex. You can walk to the beach through a pedestrian street. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away.
Within a five minute walk from the flat are all shops, restaurants, cafes, jewellery shops, pharmacy and much more. The village of Morro Jable is a fifteen minute walk away. There is a dialysis centre only 250 metres from the flat.
To access the flat, there are stairs. Two flights of stairs, that is only a few stairs. But you will have to take this into account.
