Incredible apartment located in L'Eixample in Barcelona, very close to the Sagrada Familia and the Hospital de Sant Pau.
It is perfect for a maximum of 5 people.
The apartment is located in a building of typical and traditional Barcelona construction, it is a first floor, but the height of the apartment is that of a second floor. There is an elevator in the building.
The Space:
It is very sunny and bright, it has a balcony that can be accessed from two of the rooms, the kitchen part has views of the patio. It has air conditioning and heating in all rooms.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a single room and two double rooms with two single beds in each room. All rooms have desks, large closets, and plenty of storage space for everything you need.
There are two full baths with a shower in each bath. The kitchen is American-style, open to the dining room, very bright, equipped and with a table and chairs perfect for breakfast, dinner and lunch, this area is also next to the living room.
The living room is the best area of the house, very large, bright and equipped with a large TV from which you can watch Netflix and connect your laptop, there is also a large sofa perfect for meetings, watching movies and resting. The living room is next to the kitchen and has access to a corridor where all the rooms are.
This apartment is the perfect place to spend a work or study stay in Barcelona.

* As it is an apartment that is rented for one month stays or longer than one month, the cost of supplies is not included in the rent. The cost of supplies will be according to consumption.
We will charge a provision of funds of €8/day before arrival and we will adjust it upon departure with utility bills, the guest will only pay for electricity, water and gas that is consumed.
Public transport is very close: the metro and the bus is just a few meters from the apartment.
It is a very lively neighborhood with many shops, places to do daily shopping, restaurants and interesting places to have a
coffee and enjoy.

Dreta de l'Eixample is a busy neighborhood characterized by its wide avenues with modernist apartment buildings and emblematic buildings by the architect Antoni Gaudí, such as the Sagrada Familia, Casa Batlló and La Pedrera. International boutiques and luxury restaurants abound on Passeig de Gràcia and Rambla de Catalunya. In Plaça de Catalunya there are department stores, cafes with terraces and different means of transport.
Getting Around:
The area is full of shops and businesses, there are also restaurants and nice places to have breakfast.
The neighborhood bus runs through the area and is perfect for short trips because it is free.
You can walk to Sagrada Familia.
There are two nearby parking lots in the area where you can store your car, because you really won't need it in this wonderful city.

The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).
Arrival after hours has no extra cost, because entry is autonomous through an electronic lock.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit is required, the amount of which is indicated in the advertisement. This deposit must be provided before arrival. To facilitate the management of security deposits, the Owner uses the Swikly service, a secure solution that allows deposits to be made online simply using a credit card number, without impacting the guest’s account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, cash payments, or the blocking of a credit card. To make the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the Owner and follow the steps provided, no later than one month before the start of the stay. This is not a payment: the guest will not be charged the requested amount, but will authorize the charge in case of damage. Bank fees for depositing the security deposit are the responsibility of the guest and will be collected by Swikly directly at the time of accepting the authorization (1% of the deposit amount).
DAMAGE DEPOSIT CHARGES: As long as the property is in a satisfactory condition of cleanliness and no damage or missing items are found during the final inventory check at the end of the stay, the bank details will be withdrawn no later than 10 days after the end of the stay. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be charged by Swikly, after the owner has deducted the cost of the damages plus a 5.6% fee for collection costs.
