Positive: The apartment was in a perfect location with an absolutely stunning sea view. It was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay from kitchen essentials to Wi-Fi Ideal for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Valle Gran Rey

Negative: However, the bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom (mattresses) have clearly seen better days and would really benefit from an upgrade especially if the apartment is being used as a holiday rental. In addition, the building entrance has a strong smell of sewage and mold, and there are visible cracks in the walls and ceilings, which can be quite off-putting. With some much-needed maintenance and modernisation, this place could be truly excellent.

Summary: would definitely consider renting it again if those improvements are made
