Positive: The location is good as it is really close to the funicular, it is quiet and relatively clean.

Negative: Most of the staff is unfriendly. One should not work in hospitality if they do not want to help and be friendly to others. The price quality ratio is bad, it is definitely expensive for what you get. We stayed here two nights in two different rooms and both bathrooms had something missing or broken, and they were both noticeably old. The vegan options are extremely poor. For breakfast it is just bread, cheap jam and tomato. For dinner it is bread, a bad cooked oily pasta with a couple of mushrooms on top, and chips sold as "patatas bravas". The salad is the only ok item.
