Travel Purpose: business

Positive: I stayed in a double room. It was basic, but comfortable. The toilet was clean and the shower was functional. There was a small fridge which was useful to keep the beer and water cold. Free coffee and tea in the foyer anytime. Good breakfast. Functional TV. The wireless connectivity was good. Good eating places nearby.

Negative: There was no proper cupboard to put my clothes away. There was a digital safe, but sadly I couldn't get it to work. Also the safe was in an awkward position, but I guess that's intentional, so people can't get to it easily. On one of the mornings, there was no water and we couldn't have a shower. However, the good thing was the staff were very apologetic and got the plumber to sort things out in a couple of hours. What I loved was that none of the customers staying made a big issue of it. So nice to watch everyone being chill and acknowledging that these mishaps are not uncommon, especially when you travel lots you do see these happen. The most important thing is to keep cool and not lose our patience, especially when the staff are trying their hardest to resolve things as quick as they can. I would like to thank all who stayed there that morning and were kind and patient.
