Guests at the hotel can enjoy a varied buffet for every meal. *For reservations of five rooms or more, special conditions may apply in case of cancelation. *During winter, our solar panel system is used to raise the water temperature of the pools to 22-23ºC approximately. From 02/03 to 16/03/2026, maintenance works will be carried out at the water park located in the upper area of the hotel. Until that date, the central pool and the water parks will remain open. From 02/03 until the works are completed, the water park in question will not be available; however, the other water park, the main pool, and the rest of the hotel facilities will continue to operate as normal.

For reservations of more than 5 rooms, different supplements or conditions may apply, maintenance work of the hotel's central pool will be carried out from 10/03/25 to 14/04/25, from january 19th to january 31st, 2026, maintenance work will be carried out in the hotel’s main water park. from january 19th until the work is completed, the main water park will be unavailable, but the rest of the pools and hotel facilities will continue operating as usual.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
