Summary: The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were all excellent without exception. The problem for me was the quality of the food. This is supposed to be an upmarket hotel but the food on offer, even in the 'speciality' restaurants, was poor and something I would expect to see in a much lower standard of hotel.
