Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: One really lovely girl on reception but most other staff unhelpful. Great location close to beach and restaurants, shops and bars. Great location to be able to access nearby resorts sitting perfectly between Palma and Portals. Breakfast offering was good. Offered easy room extension on last day of stay (chargeable).

Negative: This is a very basic budget hotel with inconsistent service offering and run down and not well maintained. There was one really lovely girl on reception but some of the staff were rude and unhelpful and room facilities were very basic. No drawers in room, open plan shower. Shower gel not topped up and ran empty. One room had clothes airer one didn't. Reception toilets in main hotel run down and dirty, chipped tiles, broken toilet roll holder. Apparently we had a free mini bar but nobody told us. Balcony not cleaned. The hotel was tired and facilities were poor. For example bar closed early every night. This hotel is a probably closer to a 3 star than 4. There is another Be Live hotel next door which is much nicer and would have been better.

Summary: Hotel run down, dirty and closer to a three star. Great location.
