The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.
Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Villa Beaulieu enjoys a fantastic calm and sophisticated central location near bars, restaurants, a golf course, and a supermarket. It is less than 10 min. drive from the main beaches of Moraira, a beautiful charming town that has become a touristic hotspot in the last few years due to its marvelous coast. The villa enjoys a perfect relaxing atmosphere in a quiet residential area with a high level of privacy. Beaulieu offers parking for 2 cars from which we flow to a wonderful spacious terrace, all on one level, presenting us with a private swimming pool, sunbeds, sun umbrellas, and an outdoor dining area with BBQ, all encompassed by a subtle traditional style garden.
The entire accommodation is located in the lower level of the villa, the top floor remains closed and unoccupied during the lettings months. The interior, from which we access through a cozy covered veranda placed right by the terrace with a nice barbecue area on-site, we find a welcoming dining/living room, fully equipped with Sat+TV+DVD player. We follow to find a fully furnished kitchen and two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
The calm and sophisticated residential area provides you with a pleasant level of privacy, making this a perfect option for small families and couples.
