This finca is situated in a rural area , about 2,2 km from nearest beach and severel small towns are less then 10 km away. The nature is green and the coast offers many small coves and beautiful clear water. The scenery when you take a walk is spectacular over the mountains, ocean or the Ifach ( Calpe). Benissa- Moraira area has a fantastic varaity of restaurants and they keep a very high standard. We are lucky to have 3 restaurants nearby and one of them with a Michelinstar. A supermercado is also only 4 min walk away. The Finca has a view over the valley of Benimarco and down to the sea. It lies on a flat plot that is private, with orange and lemontrees. 🍊🍋Sun all day and if you are an early bird you can enjoy a Lovely sunrise. After a day away at the beach, markets or other excursions , you can relax in the eveningsun with a cold drink by the pool. If you want to cook , the kitchen provides all you need and there is room for friends and family to cook together or just keep you company😊Paella? You find the equipment in the garage. If you want to take a break from the sun, then playing pool is a pleasant pastime. There are 5 bedrooms, two on first floor kingsize beds, ensuite. 3 on second floor with 1 chared bathroom. 1 guesttoilet in hallway first floor. Outside 1 toilette+ 1 shower. Second floor bedroom 1: 1 dubblebed ( it is possible to separate) with aircon. Bedroom 2: 1 dubbelbed (1.55m) aircon Bedroom 3: 2 singlebeds , No aircon , just fan. It is possible to close door to keep the cooling to all 3 bedrooms.
