The vacation home is just a few minutes' walk from the village of Cas Concos on the east coast of Mallorca. The beautiful sandy beaches of Cala Mondrago can be reached quickly from here. A practical house, well suited for families.
Layout:
The single-storey vacation home has 165 square meters of living space. It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed (150 cm x 190 cm), two more with two single beds each (90 cm x 190 cm) and three bathrooms, two with a bathtub, one with a shower and a guest WC. The large living/dining room has access to the terrace, and the kitchen also has an exit to the garden.
Outdoor area:
Just below the beautiful covered terrace is the pool area surrounded by palm trees, a small lawn and hedges. From the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful green surroundings. Behind the house there is a barbecue area with a brick barbecue and a table tennis table. The plot is 15,000 square meters in size. The Santanyi-Cas Concos road is approx. 200 m away.
Pool:
7.5 m x 3.5 m, depth: 180 cm, stair access, cleaning with chlorine, parasols and sun loungers.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.
Additional costs:

Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning, incl. intermediate cleaning, every 7th day for stays of 15 days or more. Cleaning includes the bathrooms.
