This Amazing & Beautiful Finca has been lovingly, and sympathetically renovated, completed June 2020, keeping its original Spanish charm, whilst having all the modern luxuries, such as stunning stone bathrooms, a perfect modern, and very well equipped large kitchen with centre island, covered Naya with original Tosca stone arches, all looking out onto the extensive terraces, and beautiful gardens, with a selection of fruit trees, Palm trees, and the large private pool.
Set in an idyllic quiet and rural location, but still only 10 minutes drive to the Cosmopolitan and Pretty fishing village of Moraira. This stunning Finca has a private gated entrance with parking for 3 or more cars, where you can enter directly into the large established Mediterranean gardens and terraces, or through the front door into the regal entrance hall, which leads you to the two downstairs bedrooms, bathrooms and lounge. One of the bedrooms being the big Master Bedroom with patio doors leading out to the pool and terraces, and also a large luxury en-suite bathroom, including a bath, and two wash hand basins, all in gorgeous stone. The downstairs guest bedroom also has a good sized stone bathroom with shower room. Both the bedrooms have king size 180 metre beds and full hot and cold air conditioning. There is also a downstairs toilet and wash hand basin. Upstairs you will find the other three good sized bedrooms, large bathroom with shower, and a small quiet lounge seating area to relax.

Going back downstairs and through into the large open plan lounge, dining room with patio doors leading to the pool terraces, a large open fireplace, then into the amazing, extensive, state of the art, American style kitchen, with lots of worktops, gas hob, electric oven, fridge and freezer and 2 centre islands, perfect for preparing meals, or simply socializing in this delightful space. The covered Naya has a table and chairs for 10 people looking out to the terraces, gardens, and pool through glass curtain doors, perfect for opening out in the summer months, or enjoying the outside inside, with the glass curtains closed, either way a beautiful area to enjoy a family meal, romantic dinner, or socializing with friends.

This beautiful Finca is also suitable for Wheelchair Access.

There is a large selection of fruit trees on this extensive plot, feel free to eat and enjoy them when the fruits are in season, oranges, lemons, plums, nispero, figs, Pomegranates. There is also an outdoor toilet and separate shower room. On the terraces are sunbeds, and on the covered terrace you have table and chairs again for 10 people, all for dining or simply enjoying a drink whilst relaxing in this tropical garden of Eden enjoying the stunning Sea Views, maybe put a chair under the natural shade of a fruit tree or palm and enjoy reading your favourite book. Summary: We had a lovely stay for a week at this beautiful villa. We stayed with our two children and their partners and their three children (12, 10 & 6). We had problems finding the villa - clearer instructions on how to get there before we got there would have been helpful. We actually had to wait outside for an hour after the official check in time as the property wasn’t ready. Paula said that she had been let down by some of her cleaners. Once we were settled into the villa we had a great week. It really is a lovely property and the pool is fabulous. The kitchen is very high spec - however it would be helpful to have instructions on how to use the appliances. We had problems getting the dishwasher to work at times and it didn’t drain very well - I think it needed rinse aid and salt but as we had no instructions I don’t know. The gas hob only worked on a high flame - it wasn’t possible to turn the burners down. The grinder sink next to the dishwasher was blocked and smelled bad. The outside wc was blocked and leaking and outside shower wouldn’t drain. We reported this on the second day to Paula and she said she would call a plumber. No plumber ever came and we couldn’t use the outside facilities. We had also told Paula that the shower in the master bedroom was blocked and draining very slowly. This got worse throughout our stay and flooded out into the bathroom whenever we used it - again no plumber available. The kitchen drawers and cupboards really need a good sort out - nothing is in a sensible order and all a bit of a muddle. The oven doesn’t get very hot - again we may have done better with some instructions. Also it is very small for the size of the kitchen and villa and expected party sizes. It would also be helpful to have some information about local shops, restaurants and things to do. If these niggles were sorted the place would be pretty near perfect for a holiday let.
