Beautiful villa for 9 people with spectacular panoramic beach, mountain and village views, private swimming pool and located in an elevated position in the south end of Mojácar Playa, in Costa de Almería, Andalusia.
This villa is built on 2 levels and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, utility / WC room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, lounge, terraces with stunning views and a private swimming pool.
Layout
The main entrance door will lead into the top floor of the villa comprising the main living area, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
Internal staircase leads down to the bottom level comprising 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, cloakroom and access to swimming pool area.
There is a terrace off the dining room with a metal staircase leading up to the private roof terrace which also contains a solar panel system.
There is a vehicle entrance at the bottom of the road leading into a private parking area just before the swimming pool. There is also free parking on the road just outside the villa.
Bedrooms
There is one bedroom upstairs with double bed (1.50m wide), built in wardrobe, air conditioning, ensuite shower room and door to access balcony with stunning sea views.
The Master bedroom downstairs with double bed (1.50m wide), dressing area, air conditioning and a newly renovated walk-in shower. There is also a door to access balcony with fantastic views.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed (1.50m wide), built in wardrobe, air conditioning , access to terrace and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds (bunk beds) plus an extra single bed, built in wardrobe, air conditioning and window with sea views.
Bathrooms
1 ensuite shower room with bedroom upstairs.
1 ensuite walk in shower with master bedroom.
1 ensuite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower with one of the bedrooms downstairs
1 cloakroom with WC, sink and washing machine.

Dining room with air conditioning and access to terrace. This terrace has amazing views, has an awning, table and chairs for outside dining and metal staircase leading up to private roof terrace which is shared with the Solar Panels.

Location

This is the south end of ojácar Playa and access to the villa is on Calle Bellavista.There is a hill to get to the villa (hence the views) however, from the property to the beach you have a short distance of only approximately 500 metres.
Once you reach the seaside main street you will find a good selection of bars & restaurants, beach bars, shops and the 2.5km long waterfront promenade.
