This 200 year old Caseta (Spanish farmhouse) has been beautifully restored and stylishly decorated in the past year.
The house is situated in the hills of Benissa with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains.
It is a 5 minute drive to the center of the historic town of Benissa with its nice bars and restaurants.
There is a very nice market on Saturdays.
There are also 4 large supermarkets in Benissa where everything is for sale.
Furthermore, it is a 15-minute drive to the beaches of Moraira, Calpe and Altea.
The closest airports are those of Alicante (45 minutes) and Valencia (1 hour)
It has 3 x 2-person bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cozy fully equipped kitchen and dining room and a large attractive living room with everything you need and a TV.
The house has air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs.
In front of the house a spacious Naja (covered terrace) with a large dining table with access to the swimming pool with terrace. With sun loungers, parasols and BBQ.
