Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The property was exactly what you see on the pictures and what you pay for. There was no washing machine but everything else was there. In comparison with other properties, this one is very cheap (but also very small, including the bed).

Negative: The property is located in a decadent building in very bad conditions. The stair lights did not work and we had to use our phones to light up the stairs when going up or down. The main door was always open and anyone from the streets could go in and out. The hall was smelly. There was rubbish left over in some floors. The floor stairs were broken. The elevator did not work (and we were on the top floor). You could see random people coming in and out, and the neighbours did not seem happy.

Summary: I would pay more to be more comfortable and feel safer
