This seafront apartment counts with a 80m² terrace, with access from the living room, furnished with a chill-out area and two sun loungers. Here, you will be able to relax and enjoy the afternoon sundawn with a sea breeze. The apartment measures 85m² and is situated on the 1st floor. It counts with 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and 1 with a bunkbed. There is a possibility for 2 extra persons to sleep on the sofa couch, in the living room. On request, there is a baby bed and a highchair available. The modern bathroom is for general use and counts with a spatious shower cabin.The cozy but modern and luminous living- and dining room with kitchenette counts with a sofa, satellite TV and a dining table. Th ekitchenette works with gas and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a perfect meal during your stay. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.The house is situated in the quiet village of Son Serra de Marina. As there aren't any hotels or traffic, it is a quiet area with a beautiful unspoiled beach, with a rocky beach at 20m from the apartment, and a 1km long fine, sandy beach at only 400m. Specially during the low season you might find some areas with heaps of seagrass, but there is always enough space to enjoy the beach. There are no umbrellas or sunbeds, on this beach. In Son Serra you will find a small supermarket and some nice restaurants.Can Picafort is only 10 km away. There, you will find everything you need during your stay: supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and all kinds of leisure activities. Halfway between Son Serra and Can Picafort, you will find the area of Son Real, with its remains of a Phoenician city, its Phoenician necropolis on the beach, and it's information center. It is a worthwhile walk to the beach. Interior
The apartment with a size of 85 m² is ideal for couples with and without children. There are 2 bedrooms available, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds. The apartment has a bathroom with shower. The property is located on the 1st floor and there is no elevator. The 80 m² terrace is equipped with a small table with chairs made of rattan available. In the open living room you can relax with a good book or just taking a nap on the large sofa. The apartment has no air conditioning, but there are fans available on request. The American kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking: microwave, oven, toaster, fridge freezer, coffee maker are also all essential kitchen utensils, crockery and glasses available. The adjacent dining area is furnished with a table and four chairs. There is as well washing machine and an ironing board with iron. The decoration is very modern, well-lighted and is has stunning sea views. Please note that pets are not allowed.
Surroundings
Mallorca, the largest island of the Balearic Islands, makes one think of beach resorts, but there are many other ways to enjoy both the coast and the inland - especially in autumn and winter, when the hoards of tourists are gone and the temperature is more suitable for outdoor activities. You can spend a week exploring the Tramuntana mountain range running along the west of Mallorca on foot or by bicycle. Or you can visit some of the wineries in the center of the island where you can enjoy traditional local wines. You can also visit a farm by cycling or hiking, where you can learn how to make the sobrasada or mallorquín pork sausage.

Usually the beach holiday season begins in May and ends in October, but the island is also beautiful in spring when the almond trees are in bloom. Outside the hottest months of July and August, the Balearic Islands are perfect for active holidays, with plenty to see if you are interested in plants or birds, or if you want to discover the local culture.
While most beach resorts close in the winter months, Mallorca is an ideal location for a holiday year-round. If you want more to do than to just lie on the beach, take advantage of the low winter prices and enjoy the taste of a real life in the Balearic Islands.
