It also has a semi-covered front terrace, a back terrace with access by stairs to the terrace - solarium with tables and chairs and beautiful views.
The house is fully equipped, with air conditioning hot/cold in the living room, portable heaters, washing machine, italian coffee machine, microwave, oven, Spanisch TV in the living room and in the main bedroom, internet wifi, terrace furniture and sunbeds.

In addition, very close to the house there are several restaurants and a gym with indoor swimming pool and tennis courts.
