Marina Delux 2 is a stylish and modern bungalow, located in the exclusive residential Marina of Pasito Blanco, in the south coast of Gran Canaria. This vacation rental is a few meters from the sea in a seaside atmosphere. Enjoy all you need within walking distance, 2 minutes to the supermarket and 10 minutes from the beach. It is located just few minutes’ drive from lively Meloneras, full of restaurants, tapas bars and boutiques with well known brands as Burberry, Gant, Lacoste etc. and also to the famous sand dunes of Maspalomas. This 3 bedroom bungalow has an open kitchen and living room with direct access to the furnished terrace. One of the great advantages regarding this property is how close it is to the lovely community pool, shared among the 10 houses of the complex "Faro Vela" and surrounded by greenery to the delight of the little ones. Master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom, ideal for children, has two beds, one of which is a trundle bed. There is a third bedroom with two single beds and bathroom aswell. The house has airconditioning in the master bedroom and the living room. We highly reccommend enjoying the Beach Club "La Punta" with restaurant, terrace with free WiFi and direct access to the sea. Meloneras golf course is just 3 minutes drive away and more or less in 7 minutes you will be in Salobre Golf Resort. *** A security deposit of EUR 300 is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.
