This is a beautiful cottage with private pool, located in Cas Concos, a small urbanization in the municipality of Felanitx. It is perfect for 8 people as it has 4 bedrooms.
This is a beautiful cottage with private pool, located in Cas Concos, a small urbanization in the municipality of Felanitx. It is perfect for 8 people as it has 4 bedrooms. Two cots and two high chairs are on request.

The two-storey house has 300 m2, two bedrooms with twin beds and the others with double beds and bathrooms en-suite. Beside the en-suite bathrooms there’s another separate bath with shower and washing machine.

The sitting/dining room invites you to relax on the sofa, watch TV, celebrate a nice dinner with your family and enjoy the Mediterranean flair of the house. In the separate kitchen you can prepare your favorite meals. It is equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, cooking utensils, table, chairs, kettle, mixer and much more. The kitchen has access to the terrace and the living room.

Our guests love the private pool! It has 10 x 6 meters and its maximum depth is 2 meters. There are 8 sun loungers by the pool. The furnished patio has 30 m2 and invites you to have a long breakfast or a BBQ with friends. The plot is huge, so your children can play, run around and enjoy the nature.

There is enough space to park up to 6 cars in the plot. Please keep in mind that we don’t allow pets.
The urbanization Cas Concos is about 5 km from the village Felanitx where you find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a medical center and much more. The village is famous for its excellent, Mediterranean wines. By end of September you can visit the traditional wine fair in Felanitx.

The nearest beaches, Portocolom and Portopetro, are perfect for families with children and offer lots of restaurants and leisure activities. Don’t miss the genuine village of Santanyí, the salt manufactory in Campos and the lovely beaches of the east coast like Cala Mondragó and Cala Sa Nau.

If you love culture and sightseeing you should go to the capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca. Visit the famous cathedral, the beautiful patios, the historic old town and Bellver castle with stunning views over the sea and the city.
