Wonderful two storey house located within a fantastic urbanisation in Oliva Nova, with shared pool and capacity fot 8 - 9 guests.
The extraordinary pool of this residential is, no doubt, the perfect lure for you to choose to enjoy your vacation in one of the warmest and sea fragrance places in Spain. It is a chlorine pool sizing no less than 26 x 18 metres and with a depth ranging from 1 to 2.10 metres where you can swim easily during the day. The little ones of the family will also find their space at the attached children pool with 8 m² and 0.20 metres depth.The little terrace and the porch of the house will offer major privacy and the possibility to relax reading a book and having a cup of tea, or just enjoying a delicious meal after a beach day, which is only 300 metres away.When you enter, you will find a cosy living-dining room which is air-conditioned. It is perfect to be all together, sit on the comfortable sofas and watching TV or making plans for your vacation. The kitchen is behind a bar and it comes with a ceramic hob, microwave and oven, among others, and it leads to the laundry room where you will find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. The house offers two shower bathrooms and three bedrooms with a closet and air conditioning each. On the ground floor there is one bathroom and a bedroom with two twin beds as well as space for a cot a and a high chair. Upstairs you will find the second bathroom and the rest of the bedrooms. One presents a double bed, and the other comes with two bunk beds and an additional single bed for the extra guest. On the top floor there is only a terrace, the perfect place to admire the views to the pool, the village, the mountains and the sea.In Oliva Nova you will find all needed services for your stay like, for example, supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, etc...as well as a beautiful golden sandy beach of crystalline waters and a soft surf where you can enjoy the sun and the water sports. This area features several itineraries and routes for hikers and bikers. The Oliva Nova Golf is only 2.4 km from the property. The riding center is also nearby. The historial town centre is a must visit since you can get lot among the streets and taste the Mediterranean cuisine.Note: We cannot accept guests under 26 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.The pool is available from January to December, although the safe guard will be only from July to August.The pool opening hours are from 9 am to 3.30 pm and from 5 pm to 9.30 pm.Pets are not allowed. Conditions
There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
