Enjoy the great Majorcan summer in the refreshing chlorine pool which sizes 6 x 3 metres and with a depth from 1.3 to 1.8 metres. Around the pool, there is a fantastic terrace to sunbathe on one of the 4 comfortable sunbeds, or protect from the sun at the central hours of the day while you read a book. By the house you will find a fantastic furnished porch, with a relax area where you can sit to celebrate life with a glass of champagne, and with another area with a dining table to taste the delicious grilled meats and vegetables barbecues. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby, although privacy is total.
This beautiful chalet has two floors. It has a simple style characterised by the soft Mediterranean colours. When you enter you find a fantastic living room with sofas where you can sit to rest and watch the satellite TV. From an arch we get into the dining room. The kitchen is independent and it is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher among others. It communicated with the living room through an open window. You will also find a laundry room with a washer, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board in the house. There are 3 bedrooms to rest, all with a double bed, a closet and an en-suite bathroom, two of them with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Two of them are on the ground floor and the last one on the first floor, and it also has AC and exit to the terrace where you can also relax or have a drink in the evening. Two fans, a cot and a high chair are also available on request. The house offers oil central heating.
This chalet is located in the residential area of Son Serra de Marina. It si a little fisher village with more affluence of tourists and locals in the summer. You will find the basic services like some restaurants and shops. You will have to go to Can Picafort for anything else. The nearby beach presents rocks, coarse-grained sand and shallow crystalline waters, with a great family atmosphere. You can visit other near beaches like Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort.
Pets are not allowed.
