Positive: Pretty big apartment. Good that it is almost at the dead end if the street, so parking spot can be found (it is a huge problem with free parking on the island).

Negative: Pretty high ladder from the street to reach the property enterance. Strange smell all over the place (not critical, but not very pleasant). Nearby there is a local school, and each morning quite loud music is being heard from there.
