The pool is equiped by a heat pump which can be switched on in spring and autumn to increase the water temperature (there is no cover - use of the heat pump is available on request for an additional fee). On the main upper floor (pool level) there is a bedroom and a bathroom, and the lower apartment has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The comfort and proximity to the beach make this property an excellent holiday home for your vacation in Spain with family or friends. The first and second floors are only accessible from the outside and are not connected. There is underfloor heating with a heat pump for the winter months, making this holiday home suitable for winter stays.
