The holiday home is located in “Playa Chica” where the elevator will lead you directly to the private sandy beach. Within five minutes walking distance, you will find the famous natural beach “Playa de Las Gaviotas” and only 3 kilometers away is the fishing village of San Andrés, home to the renowned beach “La Teresitas”. The apartment has a nice balcony with breathtaking views and dining area, a large and inviting living and dining area, a renovated and fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. Sheets, bath towels, tea towels and even beach towel are available to our guests. The building itself also has a spacious sun deck with lounges (free) and shaded areas near the beach as well as a garden. Plenty of private parking is available and can be accessed by remote control. Macizo de Anaga was recently declared a UNESCO world heritage site and hikers have numerous routes to choose from to explore the surrounding area. Shopping is available 3 kilometers away in San Andrés or the endless variety that Santa Cruz has to offer can be found 6 kilometers away.
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.
