Negative: • There were cats on the property, which was not mentioned. They were persistent and did not leave us alone. • Both the indoor and outdoor hot tubs were not working. We paid an extra £100 for these facilities and would like a refund. • No kettle was provided, which seems like a basic item. • The bedrooms were split between the main villa and a separate building, which was not explained in the listing. We had expected to be together, and this was a real letdown. • The bed setup was incorrect. We were told to expect 4 doubles and 6 singles. Instead, the layout was very different and did not provide enough beds for our group. The host suggested that the sofa was a bed, which was unacceptable. • In the separate building, the toilets had no doors, which was completely unsuitable. • The location was misrepresented. The description claimed shops and supermarkets were within walking distance, but the villa is up a steep mountain and walking would have taken far longer than stated. • Taxis struggled to find the property even with the address, which caused repeated problems. • The keys for the separate building did not work properly. • The water supply was unreliable, going cold halfway through showers. • Plumbing seemed faulty, as toilets were slow to fill and did not flush properly.
