"A beautiful old farmhouse-style house with one hectare of flat land planted with ripe citrus. The property is located on the banks of the Guadalhorce River and dates back more than a century. It was renovated to a high standard in 1998 and retains most of its original features with a charming cobbled patio, terrace with vines, bread oven and a garden with outdoor kitchen, barbecue and beautiful old trees. The house has a rustic-style kitchen, living room with fireplace and double doors to the patio plus another living room or study. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor but outside the main house. Upstairs there are 2 double rooms and 1 single and a bathroom. The master bedroom has an exterior staircase that leads to the patio, as well as access from the hallway. The house has beautiful views to the south through the river valley to the town of Álora and north of the mountains above El Chorro. Access is all on asphalt and 5 minutes by car from Alora or 25 minutes from Malaga and the Costa del Sol. "
