Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: There were only three of us using the property so we only used the top floor and the two double bedrooms. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the living area was stunning with wonderful views of La Frontera. A lovely array of snacks were left for us. Crockery and cutlery were lovely. Eva was very accommodating. She was also very responsive when we had a problem with a power outage.

Negative: Whilst lovely snacks were left for us, given the choice, we’d have preferred there to have been more useful stuff like cleaning materials, laundry liquid, bathroom cleaner etc etc. No cleaning products were provided other than a weak washing up liquid. There were two small flimsy tea towels but given that there is no dishwasher, these were inadequate. There were plenty of pots and pans but no useful Tupperware containers to store cooked food in the fridge or the freezer. There were no instructions on how things worked ie the awnings (so we couldn’t use them) the washing machine (we’d have liked to use the tumble drier in isolation to get things properly dry but lack of instructions meant we couldn’t) etc. We stayed for 10 days and weren’t given a change of bed linen or cleaning service during the stay.
