Situated close to Javea golf club within easy reach of MasyMas supermarket and Benitachell indoor pool, and 10 minutes to the arenal beach and many other beaches nearby. Large lawns, mature garden with many large trees giving shade in summer, olive trees and nesperos, play areas, adventure for children, bbq area, large long driveway and lots of parking.. Overlooking campo wilderness with no neighbours overlooking the house, The fully equipped modern kitchen( with views to the pool )and the bbq area all recently updated. The main suite is very large with a walk-in dressing room and patio doors onto the garden. There is a gym room in the main house adjoinng main bedroom. The naya opens up with a large awning for shade in summer for covered dining. All rooms have good fans for cooling. and aircon in 2 bedrooms
