The “Little Family Villa” gives you the perfect mix of indoor/outdoor living in a fantastic location. The private garden has its own heated pool with a large covered terrace, perfect for anytime dining. There are sun loungers to soak up the sun and a BBQ to show off your culinary skills. No expense has been spared with attention to detail and luxury finishes throughout.
The ground floor offers modern open plan living, whether you want to socialise while cooking in the modern fitted kitchen or relax in the lounge which has a top of the range TV system in a variety of language’s plus free high speed internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Also on the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes as well as a large shower room. We provide free use of a travel cot and high chair so that even our smallest of guests feel at home.
The first floor has a further 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, both have access directly onto a large shared balcony looking onto the pool. The perfect area to have your morning coffee or watch the sun go down with a glass of vino. There is also a stunning family bathroom. The first floor hallway has access to the spectacular roof terrace which offers incredible panoramic views that are quite simply exquisite! The beautiful sea view stretches from the Mar Manor to La Manga and the city of Cartagena. The perfect area for catching every second of the marvellous Spanish sun or for evening drinks at sunset.
The Little Family Villa is only a short walk from the sandy beaches of the Mar Menor and the vibrant town centre. Los Alcázares has a incredible selection of bars and restaurants with over 70 to choose from you will be spoilt for choice. From fresh tapas on the beach to al a carte dinning there is something to suit everyone and every budget. There are also 3 supermarkets only 2 minutes’ walk from the villa supplying everything you would need.
There is a great choice of activities and places to visit. You can grab a water taxi over to La Manga, visit the twice weekly market or take a short bus trip to the stunning historical city of Cartagena. There are water parks, a zoo, go-cart racing and much much more for those seeking an action packed holiday The is also 14 premier golf courses all within a short drive too. The lovely Roda Golf & Beach Resort is just a 15 minute walk.
Murcia International airport is a 20 minute drive and Alicante less than an hour. As the villa offers a fantastic location there is no need to drive, we can arrange for your collection from either airport for an additional cost.
The air conditioning is controlled by a metre. There will be 20€ loaded onto the metre per weekly stay. There is also an option to purchase more a/c if required.
A cleaning fee of 130€ will be paid on arrival.
The pool heater is required to be switched on prior to arrival. If you require this please let us know in advance. The heater comes with an additional cost of 15€ per day.
