Positive: The apartmant was very clean and well equiped. The view on the ocean side is amazing. There is a small supermarket close to the buildint, and the coffee there is very good. The parking was also easy. The staff is nice and always ready to help.

Negative: The entrance with 3 keys is a bit overcomplicated. Some neighbours were loud. The is no direct connection to the ocean.
