The beautiful, spacious property with private house and apart-studio (135 + 30 square meters living space) is on one level and is comfortably and generously laid out.
The location in the upscale, palm-rich residential area of Costa Teguise offers both tranquility and walking distance to restaurants, shops, banks and beaches. And in ten minutes by car you are at the golf course or the former residence of the famous artist César Manrique (today: one of the cultural highlights of Lanzarote). Long term tenants or owners live in the area, it is not a typical tourist zone.
Many guests like to come as a couple and enjoy the peace and space. At the same time families and friends feel comfortable, who want to vacation with up to 8 people. Then the studio is opened with a fourth double room, separate bathroom and own kitchen.
One 'lives' on Lanzarote mainly in the open air. Our guests spend their main time in the terrace and pool area (over 90 m2) as well as on the free space (44m2 with shading) in front of the house, which invites you to have lunch and dinner. The private, privacy-protected and heated 8 x 4m pool (continuous water depth 1.60 m) is available exclusively for you. A solar pool heater in combination with a special, heat-storing pool cover allows year-round use of the pool. For small children access to the pool area from the terrace is secured by a security door.
Shower, hand and bath towels and pool towels as well as kitchen and bed linen are at your disposal.
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge and freezer, washing machine.
Pool, garden and house are maintained by a multi-lingual caretaker couple all year round regularly weekly. Upon request and for an additional fee, there is the possibility for those who are two or more weeks in the house, a weekly change of linen and a weekly house cleaning to book.
As the living area and the outside areas are on one level, the house is well suited for families with children and for people with reduced mobility.
