The house 'Villa The Ivy' is a restored house in 2002 from an old building of the nineteenth century, respected its initial configuration and was equipped with the comforts of modern living. It is accessed by a private road to its own parking. It has two large bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and a lovely glazed corridor, with many plants, which connects all the rooms. The furniture is top quality and exquisite decor. On the external front is a paved courtyard of 80 m2 with wonderful views over the marsh Amalahuigue, the largest of the island, where you can see an active wildlife, both birds and fish. The patio is protected by 19 native palms that create an ideal environment for reading and relaxation. The rest of the environment of the house is surrounded by laurel, terraces planted with fruit trees and numerous gardens.
