The architecturally exceptional Romani holiday villa is situated in the middle of a secluded, well-tended garden. At the rear, it is sheltered from the wind by the mountains on the east coast. On the other side, the balconies on the upper floor offer a wonderful view of the nearby sea and the southern foothills of the bay of Alcúdia. From the entrance gate of the property, quarry stone paths lead around the house into the beautiful garden plot with a shallow pool and beautifully manicured lawn. Adjacent, a covered outdoor dining area with barbecue offers a cosy spot for extended meals in the shade. From here, it is just a few steps to another terrace with flower beds and access to the spacious living area of 450 m² spread over two levels.
The interior of this cosy holiday villa is furnished with a tasteful selection of antique wooden furniture. On the ground floor there is an inviting living room with a fireplace and a cosy sofa corner, two double bedrooms and a separate bathroom. The large conservatory on the ground floor is a great place to linger on rainy days without having to sacrifice much natural light. A staircase in the entrance area leads to the upper floor. Here we have a bright dining room with access to two terraces facing in different directions. Both terraces are also suitable for cosy outdoor dining areas. The Romani holiday villa is located in the quiet coastal village of Betlem on the southern tip of the bay of Alcúdia. The rocky coast is a 7-minute walk away; the long natural beach of Son Serra Marina with lovely restaurants with sea views is a 14-minute drive away. The beautiful town of Artà is 15 km further inland and offers shopping facilities and a lovely weekly market (Tuesdays).
