Ideal house for a small family located in the Urbanization of Crestatx, between Pollensa and Sa Pobla and 15 minutes by car from the beaches and the tourist area of the north of Mallorca. Very close, the access to the motorway, will make it easy to reach the capital or the airport.
The house consists of two bedrooms, one double with double bed and AA/CC, the other bedroom has a trundle bed, bathroom with shower, toilet and a unique space composed of kitchen, living room and dining area with views to the garden and the swimming pool.
Outside there is a garden with trees and lawn, furnished terrace and barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. The swimming pool invites you to take a refreshing bath on hot summer days. In addition, you can put the sun lounger by the pool for sunbathing or in the garden to relax in the shade.
