Summary: The staff were great, but the hotel itself is a little tired in places. For example there was no plug for the bath (so you could only shower, defeats the point of the bath), there were areas of the room that needed a bit of love (like the edges of doors), and the bathroom had a bit of a weird smell some times. It was good enough for a two night stay, but not sure I’d say it was a four star hotel.
