The kitchen, open to the living room, has a ceramic hob and the necessary equipment to cook comfortably. In the house, there is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. On this floor, there is a bathroom with a shower. A staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find the three bedrooms, all of them with AC and fan.
