The exteriors are very nice, with large gardens, fruit trees, variety of plants,, a salt water pool of 10 x 4 m and a depth ranging from 0.20 to 1.90 m, a fully equipped porch, terrace, barbecue and beautiful views.
The house of 220 m2 is distributed on two floors. The living-dining room is very cosy and welcoming, it has two sofas, TV, a table with chairs, a wood cooker and air conditioning. The kitchen, independent and vitro, is fully equipped so that you can prepare delicious dishes without any problem. There are four bedrooms, one on the ground floor with a double bed, and three on the upper floor, also with double beds. One of them has an en suite bathroom with bathtub. All rooms are air-conditioned. A cot and high chair are available. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there are two further bathrooms serving the whole house, one with shower on the main floor, and one with whirlpool bath on the first floor. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is oil central heating.
The center of Llubi is only 800 meters from the house and is one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca. Llubi invites you to enjoy a very central part of the island. In just 20 minutes drive, you will reach the beaches of Can Picafort, Puerto Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa, Cala San Vicente and Formentor, with its soft white sand and crystal clear, shallow waters, ideal for children. You can enjoy a multitude of water activities such as sailing, kayaking, diving and fishing, among others. In Port of Alcudia you can also find the marina, with mix of large, luxury yachts and a colorful local fishing boats. There is also the wonderful promenade, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the bay and the beach, and find nice cafes and outdoor restaurants, also right on the sand.
