The villa is beautifully and immaculately finished to the highest possible standard with no expense spared. The villa is furnished in a modern style, with white and chrome, in keeping with the villa itself. The villa is air-conditioned throughout.
The villa is on 3 floors. On the ground floor is a large open plan living and dining area. The living room has leather sofas, tv with cable and dvd player with a choice of dvds for you to use. The dining area consists of a large circular dining table and chairs with views out to the surrounding mountains. Outside on the terrace there is a further covered dining area with seating for 8 guests with a bbq, two sofas and coffee table, and a small private plunge pool to enjoy. The ground floor offers a large fully equipped kitchen with all built in appliances.
On the first floor are two designer bathrooms and two excellent sized twin bedrooms. The bedroom all have double fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers with lots of space. The bedrooms all have motorized blinds to keep the rooms dark for siesta time!!!
On the second floor is the master suite with king size bed and a wonderful terrace with views onto the South & North Golf Courses. There is also a luxury bathroom suite with under floor heating, Jacuzzi bath and separate shower. There is a good size fourth bedroom/study which has a single bed that can be pulled out to offer an additional single bed depending on the size of your group.
This unique and most wonderful villa is used as a holiday home and has aimed for the luxury feel that you would expect from a top class hotel, whilst at the same time offering the most personal touches that will make you feel at home.
