In this holiday home you will be spoiled by the favorable orientation from the first to the last ray of sunshine. The boulevard of La Paz with numerous, partly also run by German restaurants, bars, cafes and pubs as well as shops and supermarkets is only about 5 minutes walk from the house. The center of Puerto de la Cruz is about 15 minutes and the beach Martiánez about 20 minutes. The Botanical Garden is in the other direction not far from the house. In addition, it is an ideal starting point for hikes.

A few meters further on you will reach the world-famous Loro Parque. Above the city center is the Parque Taoro, which offers from its elevated position a beautiful view over Puerto.
